The Paragraph Project

The Growth Constraints Diagnostic.

Twenty-four symptoms. Check the ones that sound like your brand. Pinpoint the growth problem that's actually holding you back. Takes about 5 minutes.

How it works

Before you begin

Why symptoms, not self-scores.

Teams are unreliable at rating their own capabilities — but remarkably honest at recognizing what's happening in their business. You won't score yourself here. You'll simply recognize what's true.

Best done independently by two or three people on your team — then compare. Where you agree, trust it. Where you sharply disagree, that gap is itself a finding.

Recognize, tally, diagnose.

01

Read all 24 statements

For each statement, pick the option that fits: “Sounds like us” (1 point), “Painfully true” (2 points) if it's uncomfortably accurate, or “That's not us” (0 points) if it doesn't apply. One answer per row.

02

We tally your answers

Your answers are scored behind the scenes and grouped into patterns, so the shape of your growth problem becomes clear without you having to guess at it.

03

Read your diagnosis

We name the one or two constraints most dominant in your answers, and the first move we'd make on each.

Answer for today, not the plan. If it's on the roadmap but not yet real, it doesn't count. Symptoms describe the business as it is.

Ready to name the problem?

It takes about 5 minutes. Want the fuller picture? Pair this with The Growth Ceiling Assessment, which scores your growth capability in more depth.
